If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the shipping charges.
Because many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email.
For Store Pick Up:
Items must be picked up within 7 days after the order has been placed. Items not picked up within the time frame will be issued a store credit. NO REFUNDS will be issued. When picking up items you must have ID & credit card used for the order. When picking up your order, please allow extra time for you to try on your garments while at the store. This will more likely prevent you from going through the hassle of exchanging items. Once you try on the item, agree with the fit, & it is carried out of the store, they are NOT ABLE TO BE RETURNED NOR EXCHANGED.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
No, not at this time.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. After your payment is authorized & verified, it can still take a day to process your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
What if I didn't receive my package, but I received a notice stating "Delivered"?
If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.

What if I entered my shipping address incorrectly?
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP, by emailing us at: info@alteregoboutique.shop. We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Alter Ego, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
At this time we DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.
